Home Visits
Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, we do appreciate this is not always possible. You may request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to travel. If you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling our reception before 11:00 hours.
A GP or one of our practice nurses will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and they will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable to schedule house calls appropriately. If you are calling on behalf of a friend or relative please provide the patient’s name, address, age and your telephone number.
Please do not call the surgery if you feel that the condition of your family member or friend is life threatening. If this is the case please call 999 or 111 immediately, where you will be given immediate assistance.
