The surgery will continue to operate under COVID-19 guidelines and so it is becoming increasing important to try and get our patients to collect medication direct from their pharmacist rather than coming to the surgery to pick up a script.
Most prescriptions are now signed, sent and processed electronically. Please see the NHS guidelines on electronic prescriptions. The aim is to reduce the need for almost all paper prescriptions in the near future.
West Street Surgery has nearly a 1000 patients that are on repeat prescriptions that still have to pick up their prescription from the surgery. Lets try and make it easier.
